Form of a personal pronoun according to its role in a sentence

Form of a personal pronoun according to its role in a sentence

In English, personal pronouns are words used in place of specific nouns that refer to people or things. They help avoid repetition and make sentences smoother by standing in for names or nouns. When in a sentence, some personal pronouns can have different form according to whether they are the subject or the object of the sentence.

Here are some examples of this.

Examples

He is such a nice person. (Subject)

Everyone really likes him. (Object)

They know all the people in the village. (Subject)

Tom and Mary know them all. (Object)

She is a famous ballet dancer. (Subject)

Tanya's recent performances have made her very famous. (Object)
